The Vice Chancellor of TNAU Dr.V.Geethalakshmi is the Chief Patron of our Hockey Fraternity.

A sports and fitness enthusiast herself, she had been an eloquent supporter of Hockey and actively encouraged the genesis of TNAUHF. She follows the progress of the fraternity quite closely. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Hockey Fraternity (TNAUHF) is an association of alumni tracing its legacy from Hockey in TNAU. Formed on 15th April 2022, celebrating Golden Jubilee of TNAU Hockey (1972 -2022) we are guided by the values of teamwork, commitment, discipline, and trust.The stalwarts of our fraternity are from diverse professions such as Civil services, Professors,Vetenarians,Engineers, Bankers, Researchers, Business personnels etc.

Our association intends to gather support of the fraternity to achieve its mission; which is to provide impetus to the growth of Hockey in TNAU, nurture its players and upgrade its facilities.

Many of our members were instrumental in building the rich heritage of Hockey in TNAU since 1972 through ardent dedication, personal care and sheer passion.

Passion for the game has been fueling our lives and has been a common glue binding us all. We feel it is important to give back to Hockey through our fraternity.
